Insurance
Therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Currently, I am an in-network, participating provider with the following health plans:

• Maryland Medicaid/Medical Assistance (now Value Options)
• APS State of Maryland
• Aetna
• United, MAMSI, and Optimum Choice
• Cigna Behavioral Health, Cigna Health, and Cigna PPO
• Maryland Medicare  
• PPO Plans  

Payment
American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted for payment or co-payments. Cash is not accepted.

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy
All patients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointments or who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee.
